We had a very old saying called there is always a bigger fish. This is used to describe the food chain of nature, means big fish swallow the small fish, but there is always a bigger fish can swallow the big one. People use this rule to business also, for hundreds years, people use silent battle to describe business field, big company beat the small company, and bigger company can beat the big company down. This looks like a gold rule, but maybe not that sure.
In this new era, the developing speed is going faster, even the biggest fish in the market can’t say they rule, and their ruling is that firm. Just like Nokia, the biggest fish in the mobile phone field years ago, just short years, what happened to NOKIA now? You can see, it’s becoming worse than some old small fishes. This is a challenge and this is a opportunity, challenge for the big fishes, they can’t be too relaxed; opportunity for the small fishes, they don’t have to be too depressed, they always have chance to go bigger.
